Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of blau / bluejutzu, including Discord account linking and dashboard automation features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account linking

You must have authority to link the Discord account and any Discord servers you manage through this service. You are responsible for activity performed under your linked account.

3. Session behavior

• After Discord OAuth, you can choose either "Keep signed in" (up to 30 days) or "Session only" (browser-session cookie).
• "Session only" does not anonymize activity. Requests and actions can still be linked to your current session and Discord account.
• Session and operational data may appear in logs required for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful or abusive use, including attempts to bypass security controls.
• No misuse of OAuth tokens, session identifiers, or automation features.
• You must comply with Discord's own terms and platform policies.

5. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, or product development.

6. Liability (Germany/EU orientation)

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by unlinking your Discord account and ending sessions. We may suspend access for serious violations of these terms or legal requirements.

8. Governing law

To the extent legally permissible, German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
